OnCallSA is not a listing or marketing service. We are actively involved in the entire process of delivering a great customer experience including Service Partner vetting, job requests, scheduling client visits and quality control.

Location ring-fencing: We intelligently allocate work within geographic areas. Doing more work in a smaller areas means a reduction in unproductive travel time and associated costs.

Scheduling: We allocate work via the online scheduler. This means you have one electronic diary to manage your activity and can avoid over-committing to appointments.

Manage Teams: Whether you are a sole proprietor or have several teams, we are able to set up our system to best manage productivity and profitability with individual team reporting.

Paper work and payments: We manage quotations, invoices and payments so you no longer have to worry about paperwork, emails, faxes or time-consuming administration. Independence: Service Partners remain independent and may continue to do work for their existing clients.

FAQs for Service Partners


We have established minimum requirements which must be met and maintained. These are important to ensure we admit quality providers to our panel and deliver a superior service to Clients. Our minimum requirements include:

  1. Share our passion for exceptional customer service
  2. Well presented and be fluent in English
  3. South African citizen or have a valid South African permit
  4. No criminal convictions or pending criminal court cases
  5. Clear credit record with no judgements during the past 3 years
  6. Valid South African bank account
  7. Working smart phone and the ability to use mobile apps
  8. At least 2 years’ experience in the relevant trade
  9. Produce at least 2 good trade references
  10. Access to a well maintained and reliable vehicle
  11. Have all the tools required to perform the work adequately
  12. Provide proof of Third Party Liability Insurance to the value of R1 000 000 or higher.
  13. Where trade is governed by a professional body (such as Plumbers), provide proof of membership

Minimum requirements also apply to Partner employees. Employees must meet the following requirements before we admit them to our system and provide them with photo ID cards:

  1. Share our passion for exceptional customer service
  2. South African citizen or have a valid South African permit
  3. No criminal convictions or pending criminal court cases
